Custom woodworking projects require customer approval of specifications before work begins.

Due to the personalized nature of custom work:

Deposits may be required.
Design changes after approval may result in additional charges.
Production timelines are estimates and may vary.
Custom orders are generally non-refundable once production has begun.

Shipping
