Our process starts with sourcing our own hardwoods: oak, walnut, maple, mahogany, and more. These raw boards are the foundation for our custom furniture, cutting boards, serving trays, and other projects. Every measurement, every cut is done with care to make the most of the wood’s natural beauty and strength.

Then Go Small: Giving New Life to Offcuts

Instead of tossing smaller pieces or imperfections, we repurpose them into thoughtful, functional items that customers love. Here’s how we give new life to leftover materials:

• Bookmarks: Thin cuts of hardwood make unique, lightweight bookmarks with beautiful grain patterns.

• Cell Phone Holders: Compact, durable stands made from solid hardwood, great for desks, kitchens, or workshops.

• Fire Starters: Wood shavings and small chunks are bundled into eco-friendly fire starters, perfect for camping or cozy nights by the fire.

• Cocktail Smoking Pieces: We cut aromatic woods like cherry and oak into smoking chunks for Old Fashions and other cocktails.
